I got an email from Jim, the lookout on Deso the last 10 years or so. He will be there again this summer. Yea !! I am glad the NPS continues to fund
that position. If things are quiet I believe he will be on the usual 10 days on and 4 days off rotation. If there is threatening weather or fire activity,
he stays up on Deso till it passes.
